Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in fashion design from home or abroad.
∎ Masters with professional courses in fashion design.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Art & Sketch, Fashion Design, Set Design, Special Effect (Computer Aided) Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research, recognize and forecast the latest trends in fashion for the targeted buyers and markets, based on the understanding of different brand profiles and product categories.
∎ Responsible for design illustrations, cads for presentations and compilation of look books for market.
∎ Created several new fashion fits that are seasonally appropriate and oversaw fittings for core and fashion styles.
∎ Responsible for fabric & trims sourcing, wash direction and development, fit innovation, branding, and development strong ties and communication with Buying Designer.
∎ Design the best denim products for our target customer in collaboration with the pattern maker.
∎ Research – the surroundings, competitors & fashion forward trends
∎ Identify seasonal keys, drive new & commercial directions for both men’s & women’s denim categories.
∎ Constantly follow, identify & react on tendencies based on customer insights & surrounding analysis in Collaboration with the product team.
∎ Drive the product development in a responsible way from start to end in close collaboration with the product team.
∎ Identify components (trims, finishes) & fabrics.
∎ Strategically work with plc, fashion triangle & timing.
∎ Responsible for and experience from product policy / legal product approvals for these types of products.
∎ Set and drive assortment strategy & agile development strategy.
∎ Close collaboration with the design lead, the pattern maker & the product developer as well as other Weekday designers.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong fashion intelligence & strong sense for timing
∎ A strong sense of commerciality & fashion relevance
∎ 3D work experience is highly meriting
∎ Solution oriented approach
∎ Can work at high pace in a flexible environment

∎ Outstanding skill of interacting in a cross cultural environment.
∎ Able to understand the needs of the target market.
∎ Creative, visionary and has a passion for fashion
∎ Good knowledge and experience in working with MS Office, Adobe, CAD and customized software used for design.
