Educational Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of textile education.
∎ Education in pattern making and grading is must.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Product Technician is responsible to implement and follow up the fittings and workmanship according to Lindex Quality requirement. He / She is also responsible to secure the fitting process throughout the vendor base.
∎
∎ Ensure Style/Fitting comments received from GTs are understood and incorporated by factories before sending samples to Garment Technician.
∎ Manage and distribute patterns to the suppliers and also guide them on how to use them.
∎ Ensure CAD pattern conversion is streamlined in factories.
∎ Support Garment technician with Production feasible solutions in samples. Solve and improve workmanship/ fitting keeping production feasibility in mind.
∎ Ensure the Lindex production and quality policies are followed.
∎ Follow and develop the sample process.
∎ Coach Factories on Lindex sampling process and requirements.
∎ Arrange and work with suitable fitting models.
∎ Develop the role and its tools.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years within the trade.
∎ Language skills: English in speaking and writing.
∎ Computer skills: Good knowledge. Knowledge of Lycra Software is must.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Good planning and organizing skills.
∎ Able to anticipate technical problems at fitting stage and offer solution.
∎ Good Understanding of fits of various product categories.
∎ Driving force.
