We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and result-oriented product manager to lead our display solutions portfolio. This role demands a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, OEM/ODM collaboration, market research, pricing strategy, and business growth planning.
Job Summary
The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of display solution products — from strategic planning and product development to launch, pricing, and post-sales evaluation. The role involves collaboration with OEM/ODM partners, local and international vendors, and internal cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in IT hardware, particularly in commercial display and digital signage products, with proven success in achieving sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define, plan, and execute product roadmaps for IFPs, Video Walls, Kiosks, Digital Signage, Projectors, Laptops, and Display Solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to design and develop new products aligned with market requirements.
- Lead product development from concept to market launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive presales activities for commercial displays nationwide through branches, dealers, and SI partners.
- Manage monthly SKU-wise sales targets, pricing strategies, and channel development.
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and retail strategies to achieve business goals.
- Oversee tender/RFQ participation and manage corporate verticals (SMB, SOHO, Large Corporate).
Vendor & OEM/ODM Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international and local OEM/ODM partners.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, delivery terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with product quality, safety, and certification standards.
- Coordinate with SCM and logistics teams on shipment documentation (PI, CI, PL, COO) and LC processes.
Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management
- Prepare sales forecasts, PSI (Product, Sales & Inventory) reports, and demand planning.
- Manage procurement, supply chain, and stock replenishment to avoid shortages or excess.
- Collaborate with finance teams to maintain profitability and operational efficiency.
Marketing & Channel Management
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and consumer promotion campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee In-Store Management (ISM) activities across nationwide branches.
- Conduct product training sessions and market visits to strengthen dealer and sales performance.
Quality & After-Sales Support
- Implement and maintain SOP, IQC, PQC, and OQC protocols for quality assurance.
- Coordinate after-sales support, warranty claims, and spare parts management.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Financial & Reporting
- Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
- Prepare performance reports, pricing analysis, and market intelligence for management.
- Monitor profitability, product lifecycle performance, and cost optimization.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead cross-functional product teams through collaboration and strategic alignment.
- Mentor and guide junior product associates, ensuring professional growth and knowledge sharing.
