Educational Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline

Experience Requirements:

·       15–20 years of proven experience in Corporate / B2B Sales

·       Prior experience in IT products, electronics, AV/display solutions, or technology sales is highly preferred

·       The selected candidate’s appointment and joining will be effective from April 2026

Additional Requirements:

·       Lead and drive corporate & enterprise sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives

·       Develop and manage key corporate accounts, government, and institutional clients

·       Strong expertise in B2B, project-based, and solution sales

·       Proven capability in RFP/RFQ, EOI, and contract negotiation

·       Deep understanding of pricing strategy, margin control, and deal profitability

·       Ability to manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue planning

·       Strong skills in strategic account planning and relationship management

·       Expertise in sales governance, approval workflows, and compliance

·       Hands-on experience with ERP / CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting

·       Strong capability in MIS, dashboards, and sales performance analytics

·       Leadership skills to build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams

·       Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

·       Ability to close high-value, long-cycle corporate deals

·       Market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insight generation

Company Overview

Whiteshell Hi-Tech Industries Limited is a fast-growing Bangladeshi technology manufacturer specializing in SKD assembly and localization of IT and commercial display solutions. Our diversified product portfolio includes Interactive Flat Panels (IFP), Video Walls, KIOSKs, Digital Signage, Projectors, Laptops, PA & Conference Systems, Surveillance Solutions, and other advanced IT and commercial display technologies.

We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and performance-driven Head of Corporate Sales to lead corporate business development, manage end-to-end sales operations, and drive sustainable revenue growth through consultative and solution-based selling.

 

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales Leadership & Strategy

·       Lead, manage, and oversee the entire Corporate Sales function to achieve organizational sales and revenue objectives.

·       Develop and execute long-term corporate sales strategies, business plans, and sustainable revenue growth models.

·       Take full ownership of corporate sales revenue, profitability, and market expansion (Sales P&L responsibility).

·       Define sales targets, KPIs, incentive structures, and performance measurement frameworks for all sales hierarchy levels.

·       Organize and lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to review performance, set priorities, and conduct training.

·       Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports to Management and the Board.

 

B. Corporate Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

·       Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients through field visits, meetings, referrals, and professional networking.

·       Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and stakeholders.

·       Establish multi-level relationships within client organizations to ensure long-term partnerships, retention, and repeat business.

·       Represent the company in high-level corporate meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.

 

C. Solution Selling & Business Development

·       Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and live demonstrations for corporate clients.

·       Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT, AV, and display solutions.

·       Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized and accurate solutions.

·       Clearly communicate product value propositions, features, and commercial benefits to clients.

 

D. Proposal, Pricing & Contract Management

·       Prepare customized technical and commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, and project documentation.

·       Conduct price benchmarking and cost analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

·       Define and control pricing strategies, discount policies, trade margins, and incentive schemes in line with company objectives.

·       Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, delivery schedules, warranty, and payment conditions to successfully close deals.

 

E. Order Execution, Delivery & Training Coordination

·       Ensure all internal approvals and documentation are completed prior to order confirmation.

·       Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and accounts for smooth order processing and delivery.

·       Monitor delivery, installation, commissioning, and end-user training as per the agreed scope and timelines.

·       Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical/service teams.

 

F. Payment Monitoring & Credit Control

·       Monitor scheduled payment milestones and ensure timely invoice submission and collections.

·       Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with Accounts & Finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

·       Enforce compliance with company credit policies and collection procedures.

 

G. Market Intelligence, Planning & Reporting

·       Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and customer behavior.

·       Monitor competitor products, promotions, pricing strategies, and new launches.

·       Maintain accurate sales pipeline data, forecasts, and MIS reports.

·       Provide strategic insights, risk analysis, and growth recommendations to Management.

 

H. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

·       Build, lead, train, and motivate the corporate sales and marketing team.

·       Ensure strong coordination between Sales, Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, MIS, and Service teams.

·       Establish sales governance, discipline, ethical standards, and compliance across the organization.

 

I. Additional Responsibilities

·       Lead new product launches, channel development, and territory expansion initiatives.

·       Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
