Experience:
Strong understanding of Bangladesh Government procurement process and e-GP system.
Experience in preparing tender documents, technical proposals, and financial submissions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in handling large-scale Government software, cybersecurity, or ICT projects.
Existing network within Government ministries and agencies.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Business Development to identify, pursue, and secure Government software and IT projects. The candidate will be responsible for tender searching, documentation, proposal preparation, and coordination to ensure successful project acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and track Government IT and software tenders through e-GP (Bangladesh Government e-Procurement Portal) and other relevant sources.
Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
Prepare and coordinate complete tender documentation (technical & financial proposals).
Develop project proposals, EOI, RFP responses, and supporting documents.
Maintain liaison with Government offices, departments, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with technical, finance, and management teams for proposal inputs.
Ensure compliance with tender submission deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key Government officials and partners.
Prepare project costing, BOQ analysis, and pricing strategies.
Maintain a database of upcoming and ongoing Government IT projects.
Achieve project acquisition targets set by management.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of tenders submitted per month.
Success rate in project acquisition.
Revenue generated from Government IT projects.
Compliance accuracy and documentation quality.
