About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join our growing digital team. In this role, you will lead the design of modern, intuitive, and user-centered web experiences that enhance our digital platforms and improve user engagement.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into effective design solutions. This role also involves guiding the design direction of our platform, maintaining design standards, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX/UI design strategy for our digital platforms and web products.

• Conduct user research and requirement gathering to understand user behavior and needs.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate ideas clearly.

• Create modern, responsive, and visually engaging web interfaces.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

• Establish and maintain design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across the platform.

• Ensure strong information architecture and user journey mapping across the product.

• Mentor and guide junior designers where required.

• Manage design tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and design practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in UX/UI or web design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern web design and user-centered solutions.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and product structure.

• Experience collaborating with development teams in Agile or product environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing mobile applications and responsive platforms.

• Basic familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, or Bootstrap to collaborate effectively with developers.

• Experience with usability testing and user research methods.
