Experience: 3+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Flutter.
Language: Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter SDK.
State Management: Deep understanding of state management solutions (e.g., Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX).
Native Knowledge: Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Gradle, Android Studio) and platform-specific APIs.
Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (Pull Requests, Code Reviews).
Design: Experience implementing Material Design and Cupertino (iOS) guidelines.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work in an agile environment.
Scalability: Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable mobile applications that support growing user bases and complex feature sets.
Responsibilities & Context:
Development: Design and build advanced applications for the iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework and Dart language.
Architecture: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices (e.g., Clean Architecture, MVVM).
Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code.
Integration: Integrate mobile applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and third-party libraries.
Performance: Identify and fix bottlenecks to ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Deployment: Manage the app release process on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
Testing: Implement automated testing (Unit, Widget, and Integration tests) to ensure reliability.
