• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

· Ability to provide remote technical support, troubleshoot ERP system issues, and resolve user problems efficiently.

. Strong communication skills to guide users remotely, ensuring smooth system operation and timely issue resolution.

• Operate and maintain the ERP software on a daily basis.

• Ensure accurate data entry and posting of transactions in the ERP system.

• Provide user support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.

• Coordinate with IT and ERP vendors for system improvements and problem resolution.

• Monitor system performance and report any errors or irregularities.

• Create and maintain ERP system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions as per company policy.

• Prepare ERP-based reports for management and different departments.

• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure proper system usage.

• Ensure data security, backup, and compliance with company procedures.

• Assist in ERP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules or features.
