To support our accelerated business expansion, we are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented Territory Sales Officer (TSO) to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Drive both sell-in and sell-out through dealer, retailer, and distribution networks.
- Identify and appoint new dealers to expand market coverage across the territory.
- Generate sales through direct visits, field activities, and structured follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit the monthly route plan and ensure daily route plan-wise visits.
- Convince dealers and retailers to lift products and ensure timely product requisition.
- Collect payments and ensure deposits are made to the company account.
- Monitor product delivery to dealers and retailers.
- Ensure proper handling of product warranty, non-warranty cases, and after-sales service support for all dealers and retailers.
Dealer & Distribution Network Management
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to review dealer performance and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure product availability.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and supervision of distributors as per territory plans.
Market Analysis & Business Growth
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Analyze territory performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify target markets and explore new business opportunities aligned with company strategy.
- Provide insights on new or improved products to dealers and customers.
Brand Visibility & Channel Development
- Ensure proper display standards, POSM materials, signage, and brand guidelines at dealer points.
- Plan and execute local promotional activities, product demos, and dealer meets.
- Ensure product visibility and availability throughout the territory.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, dealer outstanding summaries, and market insights.
- Ensure timely payment collection and credit recovery to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor to maintain adequate stock levels. company policies.
Other Responsibilities
- Handle escalations regarding product issues, service complaints, and dealer concerns.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
