Required Skills

• Minimum 2/3 years of experience in IT Support or a related Technology role.
• Excellent technical knowledge of pcs and desktop hardware.
• Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards.
• Ability to operate tools, components and peripheral accessories.
• Software and Hardware Troubleshooting.
• Routers, switches and firewall experience.
• Working knowledge of SMS, AD, Exchange and remote control tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Provide first-level Support for Applications, Hardware Testing & Troubleshooting.

• Troubleshoot Mail & Network issues, including LAN and WLAN, for users.

• Assist in resolving Virus & Antivirus Issues, Operating System & Internet Troubleshooting.

• Deliver reinstallation services for users with persistent problems.

• Offer solutions to users for MFE-related issues.

• Identify, escalate, and follow up on second-level issues with different units/vendors.

• Collaborate with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment.

• Manage queries following departmental procedures for fault resolution.
