To support our rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Product Manager – PA, Conference Systems & Solutions.

Job Summary

The Product Manager will manage the full lifecycle of PA and Conference Systems products—from strategic planning and technical development to SKD/CKD operations, pricing, launch, vendor management, and post-sales evaluation.
The role requires strong expertise in IT hardware, professional PA, Conference technologies, OEM/ODM collaboration, and market-driven product development.

Job Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Lifecycle

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps for PA Systems, Conference Systems, and Surveillance Solutions.

  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and post-release evaluation.

  • Conduct continuous competitive benchmarking and market analysis.

Technical & Industrial Product Development

  • Lead development of product molds, architecture designs, PCBA, sensor-based devices, and AI-enabled device solutions.

  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to build innovative industrial-grade products.

OEM/ODM, Vendor & Principal Management

  • Serve as the primary communication point for international OEM/ODM partners and product principals.

  • Negotiate pricing, MOQ, agreements, and delivery timelines.

  • Maintain strong long-term supplier and vendor relationships.

Planning, Forecasting & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Create SKD/CKD forecasts and manage planning for manufacturing and assembly.

  • Work with supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely product availability.

  • Monitor shipments, imports, and delivery schedules.

Pricing, Profitability & Budget Management

  • Develop competitive pricing strategies based on market trends and cost structures.

  • Track product margins, profitability, and financial KPIs.

  • Prepare product-related financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.

Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Provide technical product expertise to sales teams and customers.

  • Support marketing campaigns, product documentation, and promotional activities.

  • Attend customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.

Quality Assurance & After-Sales

  • Ensure products meet international quality and safety standards.

  • Oversee warranty claims, spare parts management, and after-sales operations.

  • Work closely with QA and service teams to resolve product issues proactively.

Leadership & Coordination

  • Coach and mentor junior product team members.

  • Collaborate effectively with R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Pre-Sales, QA, Marketing, and Finance teams.

  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
