- Age 21 to 32 years
- 1–3 years of experience in product operations, client success, business analysis, or coordination roles in software, BPO, or data firms
- Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients or global teams
- Tech-savvy and naturally curious about AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation platforms, etc.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out without step-by-step guidance
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator in English (written and spoken)
- Able to work in Pacific Time (PT) zone or overlap partially with U.S. teams
Nice to have:
- Experience documenting workflows or creating internal playbooks
- Familiarity with growth strategy, product thinking, or basic automation
- Interest in long-term growth into a Product Manager or Strategy role

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate internal and client-facing product processes and workflows
- Optimize and document tools, SOPs, and knowledge bases
- Support client-facing teams by improving internal tooling and automation
- Manage and organize product documentation, resources, and releases
- Suggest and experiment with AI tools to streamline operations
- Help reduce ambiguity and bring structure to fast-evolving projects
