  • 3–5 years of experience in product operations, client success, or project coordination roles at global or technology-driven organizations
  • A systems thinker who thrives on turning ambiguity into structure and complexity into scalable process.
  • Tech-savvy, AI-literate, and proactive about leveraging automation to eliminate manual work.
  • Customer-first in mindset, with a deep commitment to service quality and execution excellence.
  • Comfortable making decisions independently, leading cross-functional collaboration, and driving outcomes without waiting for perfect instructions.
  • Experienced in working with U.S. based clients or global teams and operating in a fast-paced, always-evolving startup environment.
  • Willing to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time) to stay closely aligned with our headquarters.


Responsibilities & Context:

Our platform delivers immersive property experiences, powered by smart automation and data-driven insights. As we expand, we are building a world-class operations and customer-experience team that can lead the next phase of service innovation in Dhaka. We are looking for a technically minded leader to spearhead it.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team as the function grows, setting a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain clear, actionable SOPs, playbooks, and documentation for workflows, tools, and training
  • Operate and continuously optimize internal systems used across the organization.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to eliminate manual effort, scale output, and drive consistency.
  • Identify recurring pain points and design smart, automated solutions to streamline routine tasks and reduce error rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to propose internal tooling enhancements, test new features, and drive adoption of improvements.
  • Take full ownership of customer-facing workflows and internal coordination, ensuring high-quality execution across all touchpoints with clear KPIs and performance standards.
  • Design, implement, and refine scalable processes that are efficient, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Detect operational gaps or bottlenecks and build new systems or fixes from scratch.
  • Provide structure and direction in ambiguous or undefined situations, converting unclear goals into concrete, execution-ready plans.
  • Nice to have:
  • Independent problem-solver who’s excited about building from the ground up.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.).
  • Experience documenting workflows or creating internal playbooks.
