Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
∎ Develop a product and platform strategy based on user research, market pulse. innovation, and factors changing user behavior.
∎ Monitor and execute short and long-term sales and achieve portfolio target by coordinating with the sales team.
∎ Monitor distribution situations of assigned products and take corrective measures/actions when necessary.
∎ Maintain communication with the principal on product development, service, and warranty support.
∎ Develop product pricing, positioning and promotional strategy.
∎ Engage in the product's development from the initial concept through to its delivery to ensure that it stays true to the original idea.
∎ Consult with clients and management, work with developers, designers, QA, and others to determine what the product needs.
∎ Take part in all stages of development, including definition, design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
∎ Monitor the progress of the product during its development and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
∎ Get a clear picture of product's requirements, make the necessary changes as needed, and explore the capabilities of your product.
∎ Prepare related design docs, product requirement document, prepare presentation
∎ Maintain awareness of current design trends and implications.
∎ Analysis of appropriate requirements and production processes.
∎ Present the design, samples, and final work to the client for evaluation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years

∎ Minimum of 7 years experience as a Product Manager (Food, Spices & Baby products).
∎ Analysis implementation experience + use of data in product processes
∎ Ability to roll up sleeves, move quickly and get results in a short amount of time
∎ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English;
∎ Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer; appeal;
∎ Aesthetic design and excellent eyes for clients. bring the action;
∎ Strong team player: able to support + collaborate with ease across engineering, design, and operations
∎ Excellent attention to detail;
∎ Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
∎ Strategic thinking & leadership capability.
∎ Strong planning & presentation skill
