Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Product monitoring (stock, service, ensuring delivery), maintaining product flow, & aging.
∎ Coordinating with the factory for production, product stock, and new product development.
∎ Preparing yearly product forecast model, series, capacity-wise, and month-to-month updates as per market demand & available factory stock.
∎ Preparing and sharing monthly targets with the sales wings.
∎ Maintain close connections with the sales team and plan promotional offers for them to ensure monthly targets.
∎ Planning to achieve monthly, quarterly, & yearly targets through the sales wings.
∎ Preparing reports daily, monthly, & yearly and representing concerns.
∎ Competitor analysis: product, price, offer, & policies.
∎ Preparing & following up on CBO sir’s assigned tasks as per the requirements.
∎ Providing support as per field, sales concerns, & sales monitoring team requirements.
∎ Preparing & following up with concerned departments to maintain and execute offer policies and adjustments.
∎ Execute the product costing & MRP declaration processes.
∎ Monitoring all online & offline branding, official website content, and preparing offers for online platforms.
