Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BSC in Textile Engineering or Relevant

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production target with required quality.
∎ Optimum utilization of manpower to achieve the production target.
∎ Supervise all the floor people and monitor their regular activities.
∎ Ensure at least 80% productivity.
∎ Work closely with IE department to make sure efficiency of the sewing floor.
∎ Adapt to new technology and modern techniques as would be implemented from time to time to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ Discuss with most critical process of particulate style with concerned people and implement standard quality tools and techniques in sewing line.
∎ Make action plan to control wastage to reduce cost.
∎ Attend per-production meeting with Technical and quality team for cost effective productivity, quality and working environment.
∎ Assist Production manager to execute duties and responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
