∎ Oversee the development and execution of product development strategies from concept to launch.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on development objectives and timelines.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitive and scape to identify opportunities for innovation.
∎ Create and manage development schedules, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Conduct thorough material research and testing to ensure product integrity and compliance with industry standards.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, buyers and internal teams.
∎ Analyze product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
