Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct thorough inspections of samples to assess overall quality, including stitching & construction.
Work closely with TA/VTC, pattern making teams to understand design intent and quality requirements.
Provide feedback on quality issues and collaborate on solutions.
Analyse and document defects or discrepancies in samples, providing clear and comprehensive reports for further action.
Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, including inspection findings, adjustments made, and any quality issues identified.
Ensure USS system QAD Task as per plan.
Maintain detailed records of Sample CPI Report.
Record and organize feedback from MER, Customer and other teams.
Keeping daily, weekly, Monthly & Seasonal Sample Internal FPY report.
Keeping daily, weekly, Monthly & Seasonal Sample re-work report
