Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline having no 3rd class in academic career.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive all incoming CapEx and requisitions of procurement.
∎ Assist to ensure proper record and follow up the execution of all CapEx and initiate the Comparative Statements
∎ Assist to negotiate with all Asset related vendors.
∎ Assist to maintain the quality, and cost effectiveness at an optimum level of the procured product.
∎ Assist to ensure that all SLA (Service Level Agreement) with the vendors are completed and updated for an efficient flow of the procurement process.
∎ Assist to finalize all the BOQ (Bill of Quantity) of new branches and projects (in regards to construction/renovation/refurbishment) in coordination with other departments of the bank.
∎ Keep proper record of all procured items separately.
∎ Processing the vendor's bills.
∎ Develop departmental process flow for analysis and obtain cost.
∎ Responsible for all OpEx related Procurement agreement.
∎ Receive all OpEx requisition (except IT consumables) of procurement.
∎ Ensure proper record and follow up the execution of all OpEx and initiate the Approval Notes.
∎ Vendor enlistment & evaluation.
∎ Proper Inventory Management.
∎ Maintaining liaison and understanding, with the vendors on behalf of the Bank.
∎ Ensure to provide all the relevant documents for the bill clearance to billing section.
∎ Manage and update the vendors' list of all items.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 years experience in procurement functions in a reputed Bank.
∎ Fresh Candidates need not to apply.
∎ Candidates having break of services need not to apply.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
∎ Must have customer focused attitude.
∎ Should be dedicated and career focused.
