Responsibilities & Context:
Review property preservation work orders submitted by field vendors
Analyze before/during/after photos to validate work completion & property conditions
Report visible damages with clear, professional descriptions
Prepare accurate and itemized cost estimates (including bid creation when required)
Ensure compliance with HUD guidelines and client-specific requirements
Submit reports in PPW or other client portals on time
Communicate with team leads for clarification or missing information
