∎ Should be self-driven & result oriented. A leader, collaborator, and problem solver. Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities. Must know MS application & ability to make PPT presentation will be added advantages. Able to prioritize tasks on the pipeline and strive for continuous improvement. Candidates with experience in the Knit Garments industry will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare monthly print capacity analysis report (Print type wise).
∎ Prepare monthly embroidery capacity analysis report
∎ Prepare monthly embellishment plan.
∎ Ensure cut panel availability as per printing machine & table plan.
∎ Ensure plan wise embellishment production.
∎ Ensure inhouse capacity utilization.
∎ Update embellishment plan if cutting & sewing line loading plan revised.
∎ Communicate with relevant departments for outsource.
∎ Conduct monthly plan review with relevant stake holders with actual sample.
∎ Attend various meeting with cross functional department.
∎ Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ the Top Management.
