∎ We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team to provide technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. You are responsible to monitor and maintain the company’s computer systems, install, and configure hardware and software, and solves technical issues as they arise time to time.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the day-to-day operations of IT systems
∎ Configure and maintain network & design LAN/WAN
∎ Establishing flawless and secured connectivity for both trading and office purposes
∎ Managing all software
∎ Install, Configure and maintain of IT equipment (laptop, printer, scanner, other device) providing support & service for desktop & Laptop users
∎ IT planning & budgeting
∎ Create and maintain Information Technology & Management strategy in line with stakeholder needs
∎ Up-to-date with current best practice in the field of IT
∎ Identify solutions and opportunities to overcome business challenges and improve organizational performance
∎ Oversee entire IT department, including infrastructure and applications
∎ Procure, negotiate, manage and monitor of contracts for ICT services provided by third parties
∎ Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years' experience required in IT department of any stock brokerage
∎ Priority is given to MCSE, CCNA or equivalent authority certification
∎ The ability to work well under stress
∎ A solid understanding of financial markets
∎ Proficient in Excel, Word, PP Presentation
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Hands-on experience on Cisco/ MikroTik Router & Switch, Firewall, SSL Certificate, Vulnerability Management, Network Monitoring System (NMS), Environment Monitoring System (EMS) Syslog server, Cacti.
