∎ Job Summary:
∎ We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as to Perform all operational processing in our trade settlement system and Brokerage Services supporting system, including Third Party and Institutional settlement process. You will be responsible for monitoring and facilitating successful trade settlements through all systems and tools available.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ BO account opening & modification
∎ Maintain BO account opening form
∎ Monthly BO Account opening report of Branch Offices and list of Institutional Investors to Compliance
∎ Ensure proper documentation of account opening
∎ Provide the proper documents against CDBL, DSE, CSE & SEC & Others queries.
∎ Check BOS File process in DSE, CSE control panel
∎ Generating trade file from DSE and CSE
∎ Customer Signature Verify for Payment Process
∎ Daily trade settlement with CDBL, DSE, CSE
∎ Stock reconciliations with CDBL and back-office software
∎ Prepare intra-day file uploading for back-office software
∎ Receive & Delivery of securities for all Custodian & Omnibus Trade Account
∎ Prepare list of accounts for claiming cash dividend from issuer company
∎ Communicate with CDBL, DSE, CSE & different Issuers & settled issues
∎ Maintain customer register and complaint register
∎ Support & contact with all Custodian & Merchant Bank time to time
∎ Preparing and record keeping of documents guided by regulators and Internal Control Department
∎ Responding with customers’ query
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years' experience required in relevant department in Stock-Broker, Merchant Bank
∎ Prior relevant experience in Settlement team in a brokerage firm is highly desirable.
∎ Knowledge on BSEC, DSE and CSE rules and regulations
∎ A solid understanding of financial markets;
∎ Proficient in Excel, Word, PP Presentation;
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
∎ Seeking continuous improvement in entire business process.
