Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Information System
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will perform revenue pattern analysis, statistical analysis and data mining to determine potential revenue leakage (Product wise).
∎ Will perform impact analysis for leakages (Product wise).
∎ Will liaise with IT team to develop different reporting to identify root cause of customer disputes and will validate dispute.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 2 years + experience in Telco or MFS in Revenue Assurance will get preference.
∎ Efficient and thorough; strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment; firm commitment on quality and excellence.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated, able to work in a team in a relatively unstructured environment.
∎ Proficiency with MS Office applications particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau.
