∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ ISTQB CTFL Certification is a plus.
∎ Solid understanding in end to end SQA process
∎ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a strong understanding of financial services and fintech.
∎ Proficient in programming languages such as Java or Python.
∎ Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools for fintech products.
∎ Experience with test automation tools/libraries such as Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, and PostMan for fintech products.
∎ Experience with performance testing tools such as Grafana K6.
∎ Experience working with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with developers to identify and report defects in a timely manner for fintech products.
∎ Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency using Appium, Selenium, Rest Assured, and PostMan.
∎ Perform regular Regression Testing, ReTesting, Integration Testing, System Testing, and UAT
∎ Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
∎ Review and maintain functional and technical documentation related to fintech products.
∎ Utilize Grafana K6 and other performance testing tools to verify the performance and scalability.
∎ Utilize JIRA and other bug-tracking tools to track and manage defects and issues.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to software testing standards and procedures.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools, techniques, and trends in the fintech industry.
∎ Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior members of the SQA team.
∎ Participate in review meetings to provide feedback on software design and functionality in the context of financial services.
