∎ ISTQB CTFL Certification or equivalent credentials are highly advantageous.
∎ Profound understanding of end-to-end SQA processes.
∎ Exceptional analytical prowess and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a deep comprehension of financial services and fintech.
∎ Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
∎ Familiarity with various software testing methodologies and tools tailored for fintech products.
∎ Extensive experience with test automation tools/libraries such as Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured, and Postman for fintech applications.
∎ Proficiency in leveraging performance testing tools such as Grafana K6.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in using bug-tracking tools such as JIRA.
∎ Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
∎ Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

∎ Lead a team of SQA Engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical direction.
∎ Collaborate closely with developers to swiftly identify and report defects within fintech products.
∎ Reporting and Test closure activities.
∎ Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency, leveraging tools such as Appium, Selenium, Rest Assured, and Postman.
∎ Perform routine Regression Testing, ReTesting, Integration Testing, System Testing, and UAT.
∎ Formulate comprehensive test plans, meticulously craft test cases, and script test scenarios.
∎ Oversee Test Closure activities, ensuring thorough verification and documentation.
∎ Generate and maintain functional and technical documentation pertinent to fintech products.
∎ Employ performance testing tools like Grafana K6 to validate system performance and scalability.
∎ Utilize JIRA and other bug-tracking tools proficiently to manage defects and issues.
∎ Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to uphold software testing standards and protocols.
∎ Remain abreast of cutting-edge testing tools, methodologies, and trends within the fintech landscape.
∎ Contribute to review meetings, providing invaluable feedback on software design and functionality vis-à-vis financial services.
