Job Context:
∎ Knitting APM, Finishing APM & PM
∎ BHML Is a 100% Export-Oriented Sweater factory located at kamarjuri, Natun Bazar, National University in Gazipur looking for dynamic & highly motivated professionals to fill up the following position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead factory independently to manage the entire factory operations, starting from receiving to shipment.
∎ Responsible for daily production and working to achieve daily production targets with buyer- required quality standards.
∎ Responsible for ongoing factory operations and operational staff control and management.
∎ Manage all tasks for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass on time shipment.
∎ Increase production, quality and efficiency while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining compliance.
∎ Collaboration with IE planning for line planning, process breakdown, check consumption, costing and inventory.
∎ Attend customer meeting and production meetings, share roadmap, and make sure on time delivery on a priority basis.
∎ Management reporting, information follows up, and business process and organizational planning.
∎ Ensure that the existing policies are implemented properly and update the policy regularly.
∎ Must ensure a good working environment.
∎ Ensure finishing floor production as per production plan and capacity to ensure time shipment.
∎ Follow up monthly shipments schedule that is given by management and hence assure the shipment goods are ready for on time delivery.
∎ Monitor daily production of finishing section iron to packing as per shipment schedule and maintain liaison with trimming and mending floor for on time receiving of goods.
∎ Achieve the production target and targeted efficiency and ensure shipment schedule using optimum workforce.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine, materials to capitulate higher productivity.
∎ Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style wise, color wise and reconciliation,
∎ Work closely with the wash section and get the wash garment for ironing.
∎ Arrange all the necessary packing materials, Manpower requirement and the machineries well before the starting new style.
∎ Ensure zero defects of goods as per buyer requirement and minimize the re-inspection of goods.
∎ Monitor finished goods handover after execution of quality checking finishing and packing to store department to dispatch.
∎ Ensure workplace compliance and COC of all buyers.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ Must be expert on jacquard knitting production management.
∎ Responsible for effective production planning and efficient implementation.
∎ Order status monitoring and regular schedule meeting with production head and supervise to in-charge, supervisor, and operators.
∎ Building relationship with merchandizing department and production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure accurate and optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost production & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and schedule of raw materials to meet production schedule.
∎ Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment and manpower.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Must have knowledge on Shima Seiki machine and Chinese machines.
