Job Context:
∎ Job Summary: Talent Centric Limited is looking for a Planning Manager who will be responsible for managing overall necessary functions of marketing projects, especially BTL campaigns. This position will undertake the responsibilities for the implementation of brand`s Below The Line (BTL) acquisition & communication strategy. As a successful planner of BTL promotional marketing activity the position holder will ultimately lead respective teams to improve the consumer activation growth in the targeted areas.
∎ Job Location: Baridhara, Block - J, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, control and finalize BTL marketing projects/promotions according to strict deadlines and within budget based on client's brand philosophy.
∎ Developing functional and effective strategic plans for market activation campaigns.
∎ Creating a trade marketing strategy & executing the trade marketing plan across the leading projects.
∎ Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals, maintaining project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
∎ Develop & champion the brands BTL acquisition roadmap and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
∎ Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
∎ Ensure all BTL communication is in line with established brand guidelines and regulatory guidelines (e.g. look and feel, tone of voice, etc.)
∎ Conduct post campaign analysis to establish best practice messaging, execution & results.
∎ Liaise with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers.
∎ Monitoring consumer reactions through focus groups and market research.
∎ Plan and design events, campaign, activation for brand building and measure and report performance of all campaigns and assess against goals. (ROI & KPIs)
∎ Prepare marketing budget and optimize marketing cost through vendor management under the group and synergy between enterprises.
∎ Plan to increase brand awareness through BTL, events and Activation, sponsorship.
∎ Develop and deliver reports, proposals and requirements documentation within the company and client companies accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 years of working experience in Marketing campaign planning, trade marketing, field communication or similar role
∎ Experience in FMCG/Tobacco industry is preferred
∎ Outstanding functional understanding of Marketing Mix
∎ Additional Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
∎ Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Clear and concise management and communication skills.
∎ A high level of organizational ability.
∎ Good attention to detail.
∎ Excellent presentation making skills in MS PowerPoint.
∎ Advanced computer literacy and spreadsheet skills.
∎ Sound understanding of the Principles of Marketing.
∎ Experience in brand building and BTL marketing communication.
∎ Working knowledge in Strategic Planning, Campaign Planning, Brand Analysis, Market Analysis, Brand Communication
