∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy, Diploma
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy/Diploma in Pharmacy under Bangladesh pharmacy council.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be Computer skill especially in MS Word, MS Excel and Internet Browsing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage, Supervise and monitor all activities of the pharmacy.
∎ Maintains pharmacy staff results by coaching, counselling, disciplining, and appraising job results.
∎ Maintain inventory management of the pharmacy.
∎ Store pharmaceuticals at optimum condition as to minimize expiry.
∎ Procurement and control of drugs in emergency situations.
∎ Deliver quality services of pharmacy department to clients.
∎ Counseling & dispensing of medications with clear instructions and correct labelling to patients.
∎ Act as a liaison for prescriptions orders, drugs and pharmaceutical details, resident reactions,  errors and complaints.
∎ Maintain pharmacy policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environment and injection control standards.
∎ Ensure secure storage of narcotics and other controlled substances on a regular basis.
∎ Daily and periodic inventory audit of the drugs.
∎ Regular Stock Statement update ·
∎ Input medication orders into dispensing program and software.
∎ Job Context:
∎ Duties: 6 days in a week.
∎ 12hours daily.
∎ Permanent after successful completion of 6 months probationary period.
∎
