∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Any reputed Public or Private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Planning and monitoring, Protocol development, Reporting and Documentation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Managing Director in all kinds of corporate communications, crafting and disseminating company's business-related messaging internally and externally through planned programs and increased public relations activities.
∎ Carry out day to day secretarial jobs at MD's desk maintaining proper confidentiality.
∎ Organize Weekly, Monthly meetings, Annual conference, Wing wise meetings & take meeting minutes.

∎ Prioritize and monitor incoming e-mails, phone calls etc. and follow up outstanding action.
∎ Schedule and organize frequent events and meetings, including preparation and co-ordination by booking the facility, pre-mail, arranging required equipment, refreshments, etc., as required.
∎ Notes and convey to all concerned personnel & follow up wherever required.
∎ Handle confidential & sensitive documents.
∎ Remind all agenda's relating to any type of trip/visits, VIP guest arrival, meeting fixation/cancellation, document preparation/submission/delivery, mail communication & make prompt correspondence to Managing Director.
∎ Screening and taking notes from all telephone/ mobile calls of the Managing Director and conveying information.
∎ Prepare and send different official letters both in English and Bengali to different offices/Company/Ministry/ overseas organizations/personnel as per instruction through e-mail/by post.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Arranging Visa, hotel reservations, preparing travel budget and preparing travel itinerary- related activities of the Managing Director according to pre schedule.
∎ Maintaining personal file and business file of the Managing Director.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Candidate must be good looking/smart
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
