Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics or equivalent from any reputed public or private university recognized by UGC.

• 7 to 9 years

• Age 40 to 54 years
• Only Male

1. Minimum 7-9 years of experience in generator or industrial equipment sales

2. At least 5 years of team handling experience

3. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

4. Sound knowledge of Diesel/Gas power generators

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

6. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

• Plan and execute sales strategies for power generator products

• Assign sales targets and monitor individual and team performance

• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with key customers

• Assist team members in negotiations and closing deals

• Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

• Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge and sales techniques

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis

• Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth delivery and after-sales support
