• BBA / MBA / BSc in EEE, Mechanical, or an equivalent degree from any public or private university.

• 6 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• 6-8 years of experience in Sales (preferably in kitchen, laundry, or home appliances industry).

• Strong communication.

• Negotiation and presentation skills.

• Good knowledge of kitchen & laundry equipment features and technical aspects.

• Proficiency in MS office; excel.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

1. Sales Target Achievement:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.

• Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to the Sales Manager.

2. Sales & Business Development:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.

• Promote and sell kitchen & laundry products to residential, commercial, and institutional customers.

• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project developers.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups professionally and promptly.

• Coordinate with the service and installation team to ensure timely product delivery and installation.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market positioning.

• Provide feedback to management for product development or promotional strategies.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents as required.

• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in designated reporting tools.
