Education:
  • BSc/MSc in EEE, Mechanical, Mining, Metallurgical, Geology, or any equivalent discipline from a public or private university

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 45 years

  • 5-10 years’ experience in petroleum product sales or related industrial sector.

  • Proven experience in principal hunting, Supplier management, or Product sourcing will be a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of the petroleum / lubricant market dynamics and commercial processes.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM Systems.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

  • Valid driving license preferred.

  • Strong networking & relationship, building skills.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.

  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to the Sales Manager.

2.Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell the company’s range of petroleum products (Soil testing equipment, Geological survey instruments, Rock crushing / screening equipment, Excavation and material handling machines, Seismometer, Safety and monitoring instruments) to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers and partners.

  • Ensure consistent market coverage and strong brand presence in assigned territories.

3.Principal Hunting & Business Partnership Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential international or local principals/manufacturers for petroleum and lubricant products.

  • Conduct market research to determine demand for new brands or product categories.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and exclusivity agreements with new principals.

  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with existing principals for product support, pricing, and marketing.

  • Collaborate with management to align principal onboarding with company business objectives.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients and distributors.

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve issues related to product delivery, pricing, or service quality in coordination with internal teams.

5. Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and pricing movements.

  • Share insights on new product opportunities, demand patterns, and potential principal partners.

  • Prepare regular sales and market activity reports for management review.

6. Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless order processing and product delivery.

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and business events to identify potential principals and clients.
