Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / BBA / MBA in Human Recourse Management and/or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Recourse Management or Related field

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to ensure P&C services in refugee response (in the areas of TA, L&D, Staff Care and Integrated services)
∎ Provide logistics and administrative support for the interviews
∎ Collect and document the pre application form
∎ Document the candidate attendance
∎ Correspondence and communicate with relevant stakeholders
∎ Ensure logistic supports to recruitment and hiring process
∎ Correspondence and communicate with relevant stakeholders
∎ Ensure documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (hiring process/post interview)
∎ Support to prepare personnel file
∎ Check employee documents (as per the P&C Check list)
∎ Documentation of reference check
∎ Support to ensure BPS
∎ Support to coordinate P&C/organizational events (meetings, training, workshop, special day observation etc.)
∎ Take meeting minutes and documentation
∎ Demonstrating an understanding of and commitment to World Vision’s Core Values in the approach to work and relationships;
∎ Work and Life balance
∎ Current career plan that is consistent with World Vision’s strategic goal
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Experience of working in HR field
∎ Have skills and hands on experience in Graphics design
∎ Have sound knowledge of basic HR operations
∎ Have strong prioritization skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Analytical skills and ability to produce clear and concise analysis
∎ Good command in English (spoken and written)
∎ Competent in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Advanced computer and software skills, especially Excel and familiarity with of web based recruitment, payroll software etc.
∎ Understand the humanitarian industry
∎ Must be able to do multiple tasks
∎ Excellent organizational and time - management skills
∎ Have problem solving, negotiation and collaborative skills
∎ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
∎ Facilitation skills
∎ Effective Communication skills
∎ Positive Attitude
Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
