Experience:

Experience in Nutrition Sensitive Project Implementation, livelihoods and skill Development, especially market promotion, business& entrepreneurship development, at least for 3-4 years, and 4 years’ project management.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the project implementation strategy will follow a sequential, integrated approach, building upon community engagement, capacity development, and the adoption of sustainable practices. The intervention will be structured around eight primary outputs organized under the components (Nutrition Education, Skills Development, Entrepreneurship Development and Market Access, and Complementary Protection), each containing specific activities designed to achieve measurable outcomes while respecting cultural norms and community preferences in the camp setup.
S/he will promote evidence-based maternal, infant, and young child nutrition (MIYCN) practices, strengthen gender equity in household decision-making, and develop climate-resilient food production capacities through comprehensive social behavior change communication (SBCC) and livelihood activities implemented through Community Cooking and Learning Centers. Improved nutritional status and food security of vulnerable Rohingya households in Ukhiya and Bhasan Char through integrated nutrition education, climate-resilient livelihood support, and women's empowerment.
The coordinator is expected to have strong leadership qualities and both the depth and breadth of technical and management expertise. S/he also provides strategic leadership and supervision of staff while ensuring the security, feasibility, and sustainability of the program and contribution to the intended project outcomes. S/he will support the FSLR sector's other projects and work on new project planning as per the Sector Lead's instructions.
Project management and others:
Manage the assigned project(s) to meet the project objectives within budget, set time frame, quality, and standards
Provide strong leadership of the assigned project(s), working to ensure both short/long-term positive impacts and outcomes for the beneficiaries, local authorities (where applicable), and local staff.
Develop and implement an appropriate and effective project strategy, setting clear objectives and indicators, for Livelihoods & entrepreneurship development activities in consultation with other staff and youth and women entrepreneurs and, where appropriate, with the local communities
Mainstream protection, accountability, gender, disability, and environmental protection
All documents guiding implementation, such as budgets, DIPs, and projections, are prepared, updated, and used correctly
Ensure needs assessments and surveys are conducted, data analyzed, and suggestions made for appropriate interventions as needed.
Regular monitoring and reporting of project implementation.
Timely Submission of quality narrative reports to the line manager on project progress, program team, and donors.
Work with the FSLR team to develop a new project proposal, planning, and budgeting as per the supervisor's direction.
Staff Management:
Line manages the staff(s) of the assigned project(s), including day-to-day management, development and training etc.
Take responsibility for discussing job expectations; appraise performance against set objectives regularly.
Overall responsibility for staff work plans, vacation schedules, and development activities, and maintain a professional and open relationship with team members, promoting a strong spirit and providing oversight and guidance to allow for successful team performance.
Staff coaching and technical supervision for their development.
Coordination and networking:
Maintain and create strategic partnerships and networks with donors, the UN, and other NGOs.
Actively participate in Cluster meetings to ensure WV programming information is shared and requests for cluster mechanisms are responded to.
Keep and share information from NGO meetings, government correspondences, and internal World Vision Lessons Learned.
Ensure that World Vision is represented in coordination forums and review meetings.
Foster formal government at all levels and community engagement and coordination
Financial Management:
Manage the Livelihoods assign project and ensure all expenses are according to budget and meet donor standards about financial management, including accountability and good governance.
Manage the program budget through the passing of timely orders, the preparation of monthly forecasts, and the monitoring of expenditure.
Spiritual Leadership:
Exhibit spiritual maturity, integrity, and a dynamic personal sense of life calling
