Experience:
Master's/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Nutritional Science, Business Development Studies, or any other subject
Experience in Capacity building, including women's entrepreneurship development, business development, and market linkage. etc.
Capacity building skills on safe and nutritional food product supplying, Skill in training needs assessment, module/guideline preparation for an integrated project.
Practical working experience in multi-sectoral program management, such as quality, safe, and nutritional food delivery, or any potential market actors for external market linkage.
Hands-on experience in project procurement planning.
Provided technical assistance to the project staff for resource implementation.
Experience in monitoring, targeting, and selecting vulnerable populations.
Reporting and accounting experience needed.
Experience in training monitoring, evaluation, and report writing.
Professional communication skills with the intra-WVB department, interpersonal skills, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
Skill in project coordination, collaboration, and networking in a humanitarian context.
Able to speak and write with a high standard of both English, Bangla.
Experience working in diverse office environments.
Must be able to use a computer (MS Word, Excel, software) and the internet Leadership, accountability, Good analytical, Creativity, and innovation skills 3-4 years of practical experience in supplying Safe and Nutritional Food products, Women Entrepreneurship Development, Market Promotion, and Business Development projects.
Experience in the INGO and NGO sectors in the camp setup
The Technical Officer will be responsible for technical support of the project implementation strategy will follow a sequential, integrated approach, building upon community engagement, capacity development, and the adoption of sustainable practices. The intervention will be structured around eight primary outputs organized under the components (Nutrition Education, Skills Development, Entrepreneurship Development and Market Access, and Complementary Protection), each containing specific activities designed to achieve measurable outcomes while respecting cultural norms and community preferences in the camp setup.
S/he will promote evidence-based strengthen gender equity in household decision-making, and develop climate-resilient food production capacities through comprehensive social behavior change communication (SBCC) and livelihood activities implemented through Community Cooking and Learning Centers. Improved nutritional status and food security of vulnerable Rohingya households in Ukhiya and Bhasan Char through integrated nutrition education, climate-resilient livelihood support, and women's empowerment.
Assist the project and select women entrepreneurship. Facilitate the liaison with the Government Department, related NGOs, and other WVB projects to ensure the services are well integrated and well-coordinated.
The Technical Officer will work closely with and assist in establishing humanitarian accountability feedback mechanisms in all activities. The Technical Officer will ensure that all monitoring systems are in place and are functional and that the feedback from the monitoring system is being utilized to improve program implementation. The TO will assist in documenting success stories from groups/individuals and work closely with Communications and Advocacy to report on the success stories.

Assist in overseeing the implementation of MEAL structures and systems for the project:
Assist in working with the MEAL team to develop the MEAL structures and system.
Assist in ensuring that feedback from HA structures and systems, and feedback from Monitoring systems, is used to improve the quality and implementation of the interventions.
Assist in updating partners and relevant stakeholders on required DME processes, standards, and systems.
Coordination and networking:
Maintain and create strategic partnerships and networks with donors, the UN, and other NGOs.
Actively participate in Cluster meetings to ensure WV programming information is shared and requests for cluster mechanisms are responded to.
Keep and share information from NGO meetings, government correspondences, and internal World Vision Lessons Learned.
Ensure that World Vision is represented in coordination forums and review meetings.
Foster formal government at all levels and community engagement and coordination
Assist in Reporting and Accounting:
Assist in reporting and tracking all commodities, food items, and inputs for the BnFs.
Assist with internal weekly, monthly, and quarterly donor reporting.
Assist in collaborating with the Communications Unit to document success stories.
Assist in ensuring Sustainability and Exit Strategy:
Assist in leading the sustainability and exit strategy discussions with the Community / Government, Community Leaders, and other actors.
