Additional Requirements: - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in Bangladesh.
- Solid expertise in payroll operations, statutory compliance, and payroll software.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Bangla and English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities & Context: Payroll Management & Processing
- Handle full-cycle payroll processing for all employees in Bangladesh.
- Maintain accurate payroll records including attendance, leave, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Calculate salaries, taxes, and statutory contributions in compliance with Bangladesh labor laws.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and analyses using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP).
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Finance/HR teams.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to statutory and tax regulations.
- Support audits and provide necessary payroll documentation.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Provide guidance on payroll policies and procedures.
