Position Overview
The Key Account Management - Strategic Partnership and Market Expansion person will be responsible for managing strategic B2B partnerships while driving market expansion through channel and ground sales execution. This role combines high-level partnership negotiation with on-ground sales leadership, ensuring both strategic growth and strong execution discipline across channels.
The position works closely with internal stakeholders and directly owns channel performance, partner relationships, and sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including major and mid-to-large MFI clients
Lead complex B2B partnership negotiations and finalize cooperation agreements
Identify and develop new B2B, third-party, and channel partnership opportunities
Recruit, train, and manage ground promotion sales teams
Conduct daily morning and evening meetings; assign targets and monitor execution
Break down monthly channel and sales targets into daily action plans
Develop and manage third-party agencies with strong field execution capability
Expand dealer and distributor resources from non-Transsion and new channel partners
Coordinate contract signing, partner onboarding, and on-ground implementation
Ensure execution discipline, performance tracking, and achievement of sales targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in channel sales, B2B partnerships, or market expansion roles
Proven experience working with MFIs, fintech, telecom, devices, or FMCG channel models
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and contract handling skills
Hands-on experience managing ground sales teams and third-party agencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong communication, leadership, and execution capability
