Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Achieve individual sales targets as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP).

  2. Conduct regular field visits as per the Field Journey Plan (FJP), ensuring effective route planning and execution to drive both primary and secondary sales.

  3. Expand the dealer and merchant network by appointing new partners where necessary to enhance market reach.

  4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with all channel partners, including dealers, merchants, and retailers.

  5. Ensure proper implementation of product displays, branding initiatives, and deployment of Point of Sales Materials (POSM).

  6. Collect payments within the agreed timeframe to maintain healthy cash flow.

  7. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports, including customer visits, competitor analysis, and identification of new business opportunities.

  8. Address and resolve customer complaints within the agreed timeline to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  9. Collaborate with internal teams (CET, Service Technicians) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and enhanced performance.

  10. Support the line manager in implementing approved strategies and assist the marketing manager and other colleagues in achieving business objectives.

  11. Continuously improve work processes and systems while focusing on personal development.
