∎ To ensure and prepare various payment sheets accurately through Jibika plexus Software (salary, overtime, final settlement, maternity benefit, earn leave, festival bonus, allowance, advance & loan, etc).·
∎ To update the employee attendance in the Jibika plexus software regularly attendance (ensure daily & monthly attendance for all workers)·
∎ To prepare and update yearly increment sheet & adjustment individual salary.
∎ To ensure compliance with law & regulations and internal policies.
∎ To support & coordinate with various types of buyers & auditors.·
∎ To prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.·
∎ To manage and coordinate with the accounts department for proper payments and deductions.·
∎ To coordinate with the bank for smooth disbursement of all payments & opening of the new bank account.·
∎ To update and maintain the payroll database.·
∎ To prepare various types of reports like Attendance/Absent, leave, resign, leafy, new joiner, etc.·
∎ To manage the transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation-related work.
