∎ Graduation in any discipline. Educational requirement is flexible in case of highly experienced individual.
∎ Industrial Engineering / Garments Pattern & Design from any reputed University may get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ As the pattern technologist, you will be responsible for pattern creation from development and grading through to bulk production. You will also be required to ensure that the patterns are developed to customer specification and are technically accurate, guaranteeing that the pattern is reproducible in the plan structure.
∎ Job Location: Chittagong Export Processing Zone (CEPZ).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plot and the digitized patterns, develop sample, evaluate the sample for fit and ensure that technical parameters are approved for new designs / concepts developed by the design and production Development team.
∎ Prepare molding hats, evaluate and define depth and diameter collaborating with molding and fabric technician.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience.
∎ Ability to draft and grade patterns with the aid of specification and ability to handle CAD software (Leuctra / GT CAD) is a must.
∎ Possess draping skills and offer creative solutions for customer requirements.
∎ Knowledge of pattern making as per the measurements, garment construction, consumption, Fabric properties and manufacturing process flow will be advantageous.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ 100% honest with integrity.
