Educational Requirements:
∎ Professional degree from ICAB (ACCA/ACA/ FCA/ CIMA)
∎ Post-Graduation in Accounting/Finance from any reputed university.

Job Context:
∎ A Renowned Garments Industries office having strong focus on export oriented textile. We are looking for a qualified Finance Head / Financial Controller who has passion for developing the accounting, Banking and financial function of an organization.
∎ Job Location : Chittagong Export Processing Zone (CEPZ)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and controlling the overall Accounts and Finance based on acceptable RMG industry standard.
∎ Responsible to lead Accounts, Finance and Commercial Team of the Factory.
∎ Monitor Accounts receivable and payable.
∎ Payroll Management.
∎ Fund and Loan management.
∎ Risk Management.
∎ Preparation of Budget based on Business Plan.
∎ Dealing with NBR regarding Customs Duty, Excise, Income Tax, VAT & Other Levis.
∎ Support Production and marketing teams through product costing analysis and pricing.
∎ Internal/External Audit.
∎ Bank Statement Reconciliation.
∎ Arrangements of Bank loans including collection and repayment.
∎ Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements and find out to pinpoint potential weak areas.
∎ Budget preparation, Fund allocation and execution for budgetary control.
∎ Strategic financial plans, Policy formulation and Execution.
∎ Various report generation including sales, credit & analytical report about day in day out.
∎ Deal with LC related Issues with Bank, including Port handling.
∎ Overall control on cash flow.
∎ Ensure training and development of existing team members.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet.
∎ Assist and advise the management in financial decision making and also brief the Board meeting member's with finance related information and requirement's.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

∎ Finance, Banking, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have minimum 07-10 years' experience as Finance Head/Financial Controller preferably in financial institute.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Independent out of the box thinking.
