Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree (experience and capable person will consider the education qualification).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to operate CAD software.
∎ Have to make sure consumption of fabric perfectly in manually and CAD.
∎ Capable for pattern - All kind of knit, woven tops and bottom, Padded and non-padded jacket.
∎ Determine the best layout of pattern pieces to minimize waste of material, and mark fabric accordingly to supply to the production factory.
∎ Draw outlines of pattern parts by adapting or copying existing patterns, or by drafting new patterns.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern and pattern grading to ensure zero error in samples & bulk production.
∎ Communicate with merchandisers for booking fabric at initial stage. Also need to ensure to provide correct marker to the factory based on initial booking.
∎ Capable & ensure to coordinate with factory for making correct samples at once.
∎ Verify & check the patterns to ensure accuracy of the measurements of the garments
∎ Ensure to provide the correct marker to the factory even manually.
∎ Ensure safety product, quality control and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Capable to follow-up production at the factory when needed.
