MUST BE ABLE TO DO Pattern Making and Marker
Should have experience in all kinds of bottoms, jackets, & Tops
MUST have knowledge of different types of fabrics, woven and knit.
Computer literacy is a must, especially in CAD Technology (LECTRA, Winda).
Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Must be adjustable with the factory environment
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
Should have knowledge of manual patterns and LECTRA
Responsibilities & Context
Pattern Master will work under the Sample Development Team to prepare accurate patterns for various styles, ensuring proper fitting and production feasibility according to buyer requirements. Must also be able to make a Marker for consumption. The role requires close coordination with the Design, Merchandising, and production teams to interpret designs into patterns, maintaining fabric efficiency and quality standards to support timely and cost-effective sample and bulk production.
Job Description:
Assist Pattern Team for garment (Woven - Bottom & Jacket) design & production
Makes basic sizes and patterns by using AutoCAD software - Lectra, Tuka, etc.
Pattern correction according to sample fit
Prepare the sample after approval from the buyer & send it to the concerned department
Create a master pattern for each size
Mark Samples & Finished patterns with information
Any other task as & when required
