∎ Sound understanding of woven/knit garments across men’s, women’s, and kids’ categories.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities,
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives,
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork,
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Must be experienced in pattern making of woven & knit garments through Lectra/Gerber/Optitex or any other popular software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make necessary pattern corrections based on fit trials, buyer comments, or QC feedback.
∎ Conduct grading as per buyer requirements across size ranges.
∎ Work closely with the sample and merchandising teams to ensure accurate sample preparation.
∎ Ensure all patterns are production-friendly and cost-efficient.
∎ Maintain pattern files and databases in an organized manner.
∎ Assist in technical problem-solving related to pattern issues during sampling or production.
∎ Ensure adherence to buyer standards and specifications.
∎ Provide input on construction techniques and garment balance.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management
∎ We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Master/CAD Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate patterns using both manual and CAD systems (e.g., Gerber, Lectra, Optitex or similar) based on design sketches, samples, and technical specifications.
