∎ Minimum Graduation in any Discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Pattern making, Woven Garments (Bottom)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all round technical issues from sampling to production independently.
∎ Sound experience to communicate with Merchandising team, factories and buyers directly.
∎ Guide factories to execute samples correctly to speed up approval process.
∎ Responsible for all fit, construction and technical related efforts from development to production.
∎ Approve the sample fitting and provide comments in technical point of view.
∎ Technical support in product engineering.
∎ Must know pattern Making and Grading.
∎ Capable of reading the Tech Pack & Understand designers’ comments.
∎ Has knowledge of different fabrics and can differentiate the changes the Pattern based on the fabric type.
∎ Knowledge in marker efficiency.
∎ Design specifications with designers and convert their original models of garments into patterns of separate parts that can be laid out on a length of fabric.
∎ Mark samples and finished patterns with information such as garment size, section, style, identification and sewing instructions.
∎ Create a paper pattern from which to mass produce a design concept.
∎ Trace outlines of paper onto cardboard patterns, and cut patterns into parts to make templates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skill in English.
∎ Must have computer literature and software handling experience.
