Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring manufacturing operations and ensuring they run smoothly.
∎ Ability to make the sample man understand if they face any difficulty over any process.
∎ Ability to make, working instruction sheets, Risk assessments, Make up guidelines, button pull test reports, Dummy fitting reports, and Risk factor analysis reports. Wash shrinkage test report.
∎ Reporting any defects or problems with products to senior staff.
∎ Inspection each and every sample and must keep all documents.
∎ Ability to follow up from sample cutting to send to the buyer.
∎ Ability to check samples by putting them on the dummy and making comments on them.
∎ Updating testing protocols and standards to increase safety and efficiency.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Written and oral communication skills.
∎ Computer and technical skills.
∎ Organizational skills.
∎ Analytical and reporting skills.
∎ Need to know to conduct sample inspection & how to fill up each and every sample of all documents.
∎ Ability to work with buying concerns and able to provide correct answers over any technical issue raised during the review meeting.
