Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide information to the students about different foreign colleges and universities (like subject, semester, tuition fee, etc.).
∎ Provide accurate counseling direct & over the phone.
∎ Check all necessary papers of the students.
∎ Help to fill up the admission form and other related papers.
∎ Provide admission information that can lead to a student VISA.
∎ Maintain and build up good relationships with students/clients.
∎ Ability to provide appropriate counseling for students to select the right course.
∎ Maintaining relationships over the phone & social media,
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Managing client databases and following them up regularly.
∎ To prepare students mentally and face to face interviews and virtual meeting
∎ Assist to prepare necessary documents, filling out forms, and maintaining files and records.
∎ Correspondence with respective college/university/Business partners.
∎ Provide support so that all local/international mail/parcels/official documents are received, registered, and dispatched properly and passed to the respective department/person ensuring no documents/mail are lying unattended.
∎ Planning and Executing events, fairs, and promotional activities.
∎ Supports other team ambers as required
∎ Reporting Daily, weekly-monthly-yearly all marketing activities.
∎ Follow directions and Assist Management in a variety of tasks related to Business Development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Skills Required: Education Counseling, Follow-up, Student Counseling, Student File Processing, Student Visa Processing.
∎ • Candidates with 2/3 years’ experience in education counseling for higher studies in the UK, Canada, USA, and Australia will be highly preferred.
∎ • Excellent communication in English (both verbal and nonverbal.)
∎ • Expertise in MS office program.
∎ • Active Listener, Team player and can-do-anything attitude.
