Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, upgrades and managed services for Oracle EBS Application R12.2, Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g, Oracle Database 11gR2, OBIEE R11g and Oracle BI Analytics Applications
∎ Maintaining and administering multiple instances
∎ Knowing and applyingAD utilities, maintaining concurrent managers
∎ Cloning and patching applications and databases
∎ Backup and clean up various log files
∎ Performing sysadmin activities like user administration responsibilities, request groups, register forms, printer setup, register custom applications, etc.
∎ Implementing 24x7 production support procedures
∎ Manage, monitor and configuring workflow
∎ Creating database users and maintaining password rights
∎ High availability, backup and recovery, RMAN, hot and cold backups
∎ Monitoring database using OEM and custom scripts
∎ Database lock, space management, export and import of the database, performance tuning at DB and apps Level
∎ Develop applications and/or reports using Oracle development tools
∎ Participate in regular meetings and provide status updates
∎ Work with Oracle Global support & Oracle Metalink / Oracle Online Support for securing help on Oracle product related issues, raising Service Request, collaborating with Oracle Support for trouble shooting, diagnostics and issue resolution
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Oracle certification on Oracle EBS Apps DBA or Oracle DBA preferred.
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle Development Tools (Certification preferred).
∎ At least 2 years of installation, upgrades and managed services experience in Oracle EBS Application (R12) and Oracle Database (10g, 11g, 12c).
∎ Programming skills in OBIEE, WebLogic Server, SQL server, SOA, Agile, etc. are an added advantage.
∎ Must have oracle database Programming & Monitoring / Tuning / Troubleshooting skills.
∎ Ability to create/review/audit technical specifications.
