• Experience in Fiber Laser, CNC Router, CO2 Laser, UV Laser and any kinds of Industrial automatic machine operating & maintenance, IT support services, Industrial electrical wiring & maintenance, understand about troubleshooting & fault identification.

• Strong knowledge in operating and maintenance of industrial machines and systems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and IT-related issues.

• Familiar with industrial safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

MOS Design and Manufacture, Dhaka, Bangladesh is seeking skilled and experienced Operator and Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining various industrial automatic machines, handling electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and providing IT support in both office and industrial environments. This role requires a multi-skilled professional who can ensure optimal performance, minimal downtime, and maximum safety across a range of industrial systems and setups.

Responsibilities:

Machine Operation & Maintenance:

• Operate, Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Maintain Industrial Automatic Machines Including:

• CNC Router Machine

• Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

• MIG, TIG, Laser, ARC, and Spot Welding Machines

• Bending, Power Press and Share Cutting Machines

• Air Compressor and Industrial Water Chiller

• Ensure routine and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

• Understand about 2D vector design and bending technique.

• Identify, Troubleshoot, and Resolve Mechanical and Electrical Faults in Machinery.

• Maintain logs of maintenance activities, Spare Parts (Damaged and Intact) and Machine Performance.

• Handle industrial power and electrical setups, Installations, and Maintenance.

• Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems in office and industrial environments.
